• Lounge /Dining deck - 25x28 L shaped deck with modern white and black seating for 22 people. Dining table seats 12, Coupled with two propane fire tables , surrounded by the beautiful lush tropical greenery

• Lounge/ Fireplace deck - Custom covered lounge deck with 65’ television mounted on a wood-burning fireplace, granite countertop with modern seating for 7 surrounded by lush birds of paradise plants.

• Soaker Pool deck - Custom two=tiered deck with beautiful tropical grass wall as a backdrop to 7-person soaker pool, 3-person daybed, 2 overside chairs and 2 lounge beds with black and white cabana cushions overlooking a fire pit, coupled with lush greenery.

We have Two Vignette areas positioned with oversized egg chairs and unique grass couch and three unique grass ottomans surrounded by tropical lush greenery.
